Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
Yes, we require a 12-month initial commitment. This allows us to provide consistent crews, priority scheduling, and locked-in pricing. After your first year, service continues month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the new rate takes effect on your next billing cycle. Downgrades can be made at the end of your current term.
What if I have a larger property?
Properties larger than 1/2 acre have an additional charge per half acre: +$40/mo for Essential, +$50/mo for Complete, +$60/mo for Premium. Properties over 5 acres require a custom quote—contact us.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The monthly price you see is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges, no seasonal rate increases, no surprise add-ons. The only additional charge would be for optional services you specifically request.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer promotional codes for new customers (like NEWCUSTOMER for 15% off your first 3 months) and seasonal offers. Refer a neighbor and you both receive $50 credit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is automatically billed on the 1st of each month. We do not accept cash or checks at this time.
