How We Can Help?

As winter approaches, the likelihood of below-freezing Idaho temperatures increases, as does the risk of damage to your lawn irrigation system. Without winterization efforts, water will inevitably get stuck inside the sprinklers and cause cracks and ruptures as it freezes and expands in the pipes and sprinkler heads.

‘Do-it-yourself’ sprinkler blowout efforts run the risk of accidentally damaging the irrigation system and potentially even hurting someone in the process. You could easily end up paying out for a new sprinkler system and installation or repair costs that are just as expensive.

The better choice is to schedule a visit this fall with a Licensed Lawn Master technician who can help you protect your investment.

Working Process

A sprinkler blowout works by forcing out all of the water trapped in the sprinkler system, using industrial-grade air compressors. This service is best done in the fall right before the temperatures drop below freezing. In Idaho, that’s usually right around the second week of October.

During the first visit, a technician will inspect your irrigation system and provide an estimate. The time and cost involved mostly depends on the size of the property and the amount of sprinkler zones that need servicing.

With over 30 years of experience winterizing residential and commercial space sprinkler systems of all sizes, we guarantee your pipes will be safe this winter!

We don't recommend DIY winterization. It requires industrial-grade equipment and technical knowledge. If you make a mistake and use too much air pressure, it can rupture the pipes.
Just once a year in early to mid-October is fine.
It depends on how many zones your property has, but the average is approximately five minutes per zone. Our specialist will be able to give you a more accurate estimate during the consultation.
